Performance Coaching · Running & Hyrox

My Goal Is To Become Unnecessary.

Performance coaching for runners and Hyrox athletes. I teach the why behind every session so that eventually, you don't need me — pacing, strength, and recovery built around your life, not a generic plan off the shelf.

Don't Take My Word For It.
Because I was feeling lost and unmotivated too after the mara and this helped me so much!
Appreciate all your support brother, on to the next one❤️
You're the biggest motivation man, hope you're proud❤️
Gave it everything right there, thanks to you fr
You took it to a whole different level❤️
Wouldn't have been able to do it without you
You're a wizard
Of all the PTs, you actually know your stuff
You're better than all these people
Built By Someone Who Trains It, Not Just Teaches It
I Won't Give You Anything I Can't Do Myself.

This isn't theory. It's the same system I use on myself — tracked and verified on Strava, not a screenshot from someone else's program.

Same person. Faster per kilometre over more than 4x the distance. That's not luck — that's the system.

Training Alone vs. Training With A System

Training Alone

Guess your pacing and hope race day goes to plan
Plateau, then patch it with more volume, not better structure
Get injured, lose weeks, start the guesswork over
Chase the next event with the same gaps as the last one

Training With K's By Kem

A pacing strategy built for your race, tested before race day
Programming that progresses on purpose, not by accident
Recovery and load managed so setbacks don't stack up
A system that carries over from one goal to the next
One System. Three Pillars.

Everything below rolls up into three areas — the same three that built the tagline.

Running
Kilometres

Pacing strategy, race prep, and programming that gets you to the start line ready and the finish line strong.

Strength & Hyrox
Kilos

Conditioning and strength work that builds a body that can handle the miles and the workouts.

Recovery & Habits
Konsistency

Sleep, recovery, and the daily habits that turn a good block of training into a lasting result.

Running, Done With A Plan

Most runners go out too fast and pay for it at mile 18. Pacing isn't a feeling — it's a number, worked out before race day and rehearsed until it's automatic.

  • A pacing strategy built around your actual race, not a generic chart
  • Mileage that progresses in a straight line instead of stalling every few weeks
  • Speed and endurance work sequenced so one doesn't undo the other
  • Race-day execution rehearsed in training, not improvised on the day

Kilos

Built For Eight Stations, Not One Lift

Hyrox punishes the athlete who can only run, or only lift. It rewards the one who can do both, back to back, with legs that already have nothing left.

  • Conditioning built around the actual demands of the stations, not generic circuits
  • Strength work that holds up under fatigue, not just in a fresh set
  • Transitions and pacing rehearsed until they're second nature
  • Race simulations, so race day isn't the first time you've felt that specific tired

Konsistency

The Part Nobody Sells You

Longevity is the real method. Everyone's selling a transformation — nobody's teaching you how to keep it, or why it worked in the first place.

  • Sleep, recovery, and load managed like part of the program, not an afterthought
  • The "why" behind every session, not just the "what" — so you understand your own training
  • Habits built to outlast any single race or block
  • A system designed for the years after this one, not just the next event
Why This Is Different

I Want You To Leave.

Most coaches make more money the longer you stay. I don't work that way. I teach the why behind every session so that eventually, you don't need me — you understand your own training well enough to run it yourself.

I won't program anything I haven't done myself. If I can't run it, lift it, or recover from it, I won't ask you to either. That's the whole difference between me and most of the industry: most coaches want to keep you as a client for as long as possible. I'd rather you graduate.

This is for you if

  • You're training for a race or Hyrox event and want a real plan
  • You're tired of guessing at pacing and programming
  • You want results — and the understanding to keep them — long after we stop working together

This isn't for you if

  • You want a generic plan with no accountability
  • You're not willing to put in consistent work
  • You're after a fast fix, not a real system
